We are a technologically driven organization with having highly experienced technical experts who consistently work on innovation and strive hard to develop new material grades, carrying out advanced metallurgical Investment Casting innovations in automotive and aerospace market segment. We are pleased to announce that our Technical centre in China, is now fully operational and we aim to support our group companies and customers for aerospace and medial component development and establish innovative techniques in vacuum investment casting. The Uni-Pol Group technical centre based at the China facility continues to develop implementing the state-of-art equipment. Aerospace and medical prototypes have been cast to verify the full extent of the Uni-Pol casting process. The highest net shape precision parts are being cast using PLC controlled wax injection machines, plus prototype parts produced from a bank of 3D printers to help quick development of products. The newly installed robotic shelling cell and other advanced technology continue to be implemented.
